At Living Streets, we work with Schools across the city to promote Active Travel and on World Car Free Day we’ll be doing just that. We are working closely with Newcastle schools to encourage them to travel without a car on the 22nd and beyond.
We will be holding a Walk to School event with Hawthorn Primary School on the morning of the 22nd where our Mascot Strider will join pupils, teachers, parents and members of the community.
