Newcastle University Bike Week

The Sustainability Team have organised Bike Week, in partnership with WATBike and funded by Cycling UK. It is taking place from Tuesday 13 October to Thursday 15 October in the Boiler House.
Each day will include:
Dr Bike maintenance sessions:
- Bring along your bike for minor maintenance, repairs and advice on how to maintain your bike from the WATBike technicians
- Appointments are on a first-come first-served basis, so arrive early to avoid disappointment (sessions start at 10:00am)
Dr Bike maintenance sessions:
- Lovingly refurbished bikes across a range of styles and sizes
- Buying second hand is not only great for your wallet, but also for the plane
- The bike sale will be running until the bikes sell out

Maintenance Tips (Advice Sessions):
- Drop-in sessions each day to learn about general maintenance tips for your bike
- These include how to change or pump a tyre, what height to set your saddle at, how to keep your bike clean etc.
- Feel free to head down during these sessions to ask for advice or tips on bike maintenance
